Myyrmäen Huolto Oy has been serving the residents and managing in Myyrmäki area for almost 50 years.

The company is co-owned by the condominiums in Myyrmäki area. The owners have decided that we should offer our customers high quality services in a competitive price.

Property management

We provide high quality long term service in a reasonable price for our contractual partners.

Maximising profits is not our main goal. Apart from Myyrmäki, we also operate in Pihlajisto area.

High quality real estate management is a well-planned out information collecting service that includes the correct production number.

Our property service principle is to ”be like your own janitor”. This means that the company has indicated maintenance persons, who know the houses and the residents and their needs and expectations.

  • Door opening service

    Door opening service

    During office hours 7am-3.30pm the property maintenance personnel is responsible for opening the doors.

    During other times call the on-call service at 040 7311 436.

  • On-call service

    On-call service

    All fault reports can be submitted to the fault report manager between 7am and 3.30pm at 09-530 61430.

    After working hours and during the weekends the on-call service is available at 040 731 1436.

  • Sauna turns

    Sauna turns

    Booking a sauna turn and cancelling the turns has to be agreed with out customer service.
    In order to avoid confusion you cannot agree a sauna turn with e.g. the previous resident.
